Purchased digital resources are PDF resources, for self-print. Digital resources are not shipped. Once purchased and your online payment was successful, the downloadable links appear instantly on the screen. Do not close the screen immediately, wait for the confirmation of order which also includes your purchased links. These links must be downloaded in 30 days before it expires. EXPIRED LINKS CANNOT BE RESENT. EXPIRED LINKS ARE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED FROM OUR SITE. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD PURCHASED RESOURCES IN TIME AND TO SAVE IT IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE USE. WE DO NOT EMAIL WEBSITE ORDERS.

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL & PRINTED PRODUCTS
Requires door to door delivery
Normal production time is 5 to 7 working days from the date payment is received, unless otherwise indicated. Dispatch from our Cape Town office is then scheduled, once your order is complete. We offer Nationwide door-to-door delivery to an address in South Africa. We do not offer a collection service. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Teachakid makes use of Courier Guy for all deliveries.

Delivery is a service we offer through a third-party. Teachakid takes all the necessary measures to ensure your products are packaged with great care to avoid damage. Teachakid takes no responsibility in any error on behalf of Courier Guy. Once your order is collected at our premises, an email with the tracker is sent to your inbox.
